For sixteen years, she has shaped the vision and growth of Labuť Preschools — where quality early childhood education meets a natural approach to English.

Sabina founded Labuť Preschools sixteen years ago, establishing their Czech–English educational approach. Her vision gradually grew into a network of preschools with an international team. She continues to lead them and guide their development.

Her approach has always centred on thoughtful education, individual attention and a stimulating environment. She builds the team and enables educators to fully apply their expertise. She brings education, speech and language support, psychological counselling and other family services together under one roof.

Working abroad introduced her to many countries and cultures. She draws on this international experience to lead a diverse team and create a welcoming environment for children and families from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds.

Her leadership combines extensive business experience with an education in economics, complemented by courses in environmental education. She emphasises open communication with parents and the practical benefits each change brings to children, families and educators.

He graduated from the Secondary Pedagogical School in Beroun, specializing in music and art education. He was on an internship in England, where he deepened his knowledge of the English language and also observed how preschool children are taught abroad. He focuses on speech therapy prevention for children, which he also confirmed with a seminar on speech therapy.

He started working with children aged 2-6 in a specialized children's hospital, where he gained experience in both first aid and health prevention for children. Later, he gained extensive experience in the position of "headteacher" in a private kindergarten and during stays abroad with children of this age. Of the art techniques, Honzu is most interested in ceramics, in which children improve their fine motor skills in an amazing and fun way. He can play flute and guitar.

He likes to combine drama and music education. Honza is a guarantor of pre-school training thanks to his many years of experience with it and he has already raised several school children and he knows from feedback that the training he conducted with them is successful and the children are perfectly prepared for the transition to school.

He is constantly charged with positive energy, which he passes on to everyone around him every day. He enriches all activities with children with his creativity and zest for life. He decided to work with children in kindergarten already in high school, because he was most interested in the fact that children of this age live in the moment.

Mirka graduated from a high school of nursing, majoring in general nursing. After graduating from school, she worked for 3 years in a specialized children's hospital, where she gained a lot of experience with children of preschool age.

In the hospital, they mainly deal with the rehabilitation and prevention of respiratory diseases. After moving to Prague, she started working in a private kindergarten and nursery school, where she gained a lot of experience with children of younger school age, created educational plans and, as a head teacher, took care of the entire operation of a private nursery school.

She studied special pedagogy for preschool children at the Palacký University in Olomouc. She is a teacher of children's yoga, which she also likes to apply in practice with children. She also completes a speech therapy course at the seminary for the support of speech development in children, where she trains as a speech therapy assistant.

She likes sports, reading, education and loves animals, especially her dog Kryštof.

George joined us as a music and English language teacher, he teaches only in English. He graduated from high school in the USA, Virginia, Woodson High School, where he already knew that his future job would be raising and educating preschool children.

He studied at NOVA college, Virginia USA, how to properly and efficiently and modernly teach English language to preschool children. He took the international T.E.F.L. teacher certificate course in Prague. Before he started working at the Trojská Labuť kindergarten, he worked with children with special needs.

He is currently studying, as one of the first, at the internationally recognized Kindermusik Academy. George´s life is filled with music and children. The combination of these two elements makes him a professional in his field.

She draws on more than ten years of experience working with children to lead the kindergarten and its team and work closely with parents. She coordinates the team, daily routines and parent communication. Her decisions are informed by first-hand classroom experience and an understanding of the needs of both children and teachers.

She plans kindergarten events, extracurricular activities and themed projects that enrich learning through creativity, movement and hands-on experiences. She brings organisational experience and the ability to bring teaching, family partnerships and the daily running of the kindergarten together into a cohesive whole.

Nojan is from Dubai. He has attended American and British schools since kindergarten. He is currently studying child psychology in Prague and is interested in modern approaches in the education of preschool children.

Working with children fulfills him and he knows that it requires patience and understanding. He tries to create a creative environment in which children feel good every day.

Kena holds a bachelor’s degree in teaching and has four years of experience teaching English in preschool. Her English proficiency is at the advanced C1 level. She works with a group of children aged 4–5, developing their language skills through games, music and art activities. Drama is her particular strength — she creates theatrical performances, props and dance routines that help children practise communication, teamwork and performing in front of an audience.

She has led a pottery club for three years, introducing children to the basics of working with clay. She uses pottery, origami and other art techniques to develop fine motor skills, concentration and creative thinking.

She brings a combination of teacher training, artistic skills and experience directing children’s performances to our team. In her sessions, English becomes a natural part of creating, sharing experiences and expressing oneself with confidence.

He builds children’s confidence in communicating in English through play, movement and discovery.

David is from the UK and has experience working with preschool children. He holds a TEFL qualification from The Language House Prague, including Young Learner Teaching (YLT) training. He works primarily with children aged four to six, teaching in English and leading afternoon sports clubs.

He combines English with movement games, science activities and construction challenges. These help children develop comprehension, respond confidently in conversation, become more independent and build problem-solving skills. He encourages them to use English actively.

His experience of living and working in Britain, Australia, France and Czechia is complemented by the sporting discipline he brings as an endurance runner.

Nikola leads school readiness activities in Czech and works with children aged three to four.

She draws on her experience running football sessions for young children to develop coordination, teamwork and self-confidence. By combining school readiness activities with movement, she helps children build both the skills they need for school and confidence in their own abilities.

She brings children’s first English words to life through experiences, movement, music, stories and everyday discovery inspired by Montessori principles. Yopa combines her university education and TEFL qualification with hands-on experience caring for children. She adapts each activity to the pace of the youngest learners, combining language discovery with the development of independence, communication skills and a sense of security.

She incorporates English into songs, stories, sensory play and daily routines. Through gestures, pictures and movement, she helps children understand words in context and gradually begin responding to them. She adapts activities to their pace, interests and emotional needs.

She is a yoga instructor with extensive experience in leading yoga sessions and children’s programmes. Her movement background also includes a European runner-up title in the children’s hip-hop duo category. She combines songs, rhymes and simple choreography in Czech and English to develop speech, rhythm and coordination.

Her English proficiency is demonstrated by the internationally recognised FCE certificate. She gained international experience during six years in Greece and a language stay in New York. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from the Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE).

Danča provides individual speech and language support, focusing on the development of speech, pronunciation and communication skills. She works with children from the early preschool years through to those preparing to start school. She adapts activities to their abilities and needs, giving every child the opportunity to concentrate, participate and experience their own progress.

One of her particular strengths is creating original learning materials and resources for school readiness sessions, which she also personally leads at selected branches. She combines playful tasks and creative activities with opportunities to develop attention, independence and the ability to follow instructions.

Each activity has a specific educational goal and focuses on the skills children currently need to develop. She continues to build on her practical experience in speech and language support and school readiness through her studies in preschool and extracurricular education.

Alla is our kindergarten housekeeper, with many years of experience working with children and formal nanny training. Alongside looking after the kindergarten’s day-to-day environment, she assists with caring for our youngest children as needed, offering individual attention and a warm, caring approach. She helps prepare lunches and snacks and keeps the spaces used for play, learning and rest clean, hygienic and well organised.

She brings childcare training, practical experience and reliability to our team, providing support our teachers can count on every day.
